Wayne Sittré, Deanna Sittré and Bob McClellan of Fairway Catering left The Dixie Center in July of 2009. Wayne and Dee are happily retired, but Bob has recently opened a new mobile catering business, Chow Here & Now.

Although it is based in New Mexico, Chow Here & Now can go almost anywhere. Also, you can still order some of your favorites, such as brownies, which will be shipped to your door.
